1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to pick-up.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer.

Bookings are subject to availability, and LuxeLine Executive Hire reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation if necessary.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service: Full refund of any payments made.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

LuxeLine Executive Hire provides professional chauffeur-driven executive vehicles for hire.
Clients must ensure they arrive on time for their scheduled pick-up to avoid delays.
Any excessive waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may result in additional charges.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and not cause damage to the vehicle. LuxeLine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

4.⁠ ⁠Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for additional waiting time, route deviations, or special requests beyond the agreed service.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their party will be charged at the cost of repair.

5.⁠ ⁠Liability & Disclaimer
While LuxeLine Executive Hire ensures a professional and reliable service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the journey.
LuxeLine reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.

7.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms & Conditions
LuxeLine Executive Hire reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
